Exact rates for shipping and handling are calculated on check out. Guidelines:
Small items (up to 15 postcards):
- Netherlands: € 1,-
- Europe : € 1.50
- Rest of the world : € 2,-
Prints (1 to 5, depending on size):
- Netherlands: € 6,- / € 9,- (insured up to € 500.-)
- Europe : € 9,- / € 12,- (insured up to € 500.-)
- Rest of the world : € 12,- / € 18,- (insured up to € 146.-)
- Orders are processed when payment has been received.
- If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact me or try placing the same order again.
- All prices are excluding shipping and handling costs.
- All prints are packed safely and shipped flat.
- All items are shipped with Dutch TNT Post, with the option of sending your parcel insured (you can choose your prefered shipment method when you fill in your address).
- If you want a different shipping address then billing address, you can add a note on the page where you fill in your address. If your order is a gift, you can fill it in here too.
- Delivery times are 1-2 weeks within the Netherlands and Europe, and 2-3 weeks to destinations outside Europe.
- All sales are final: no returns or exhanges, unless you have accidentaly received the wrong item. Please contact me if this should occur.
- If an item appears to be damaged upon arrival, it is possible to send your item back and have a replacement item sent to you. Please contact me for the return address.
- Snagt.net is not resposible for any lost parcels. It is possible to send items insured, so that when a parcel gets lost, a (partial) refund can be given.
- Snagt.net is not responsible for local customs/import taxes.
- The appearance of prints on this website can differ from the actual print, due to varying screen color settings.
- No license is granted to reproduce the image in any form whatsoever.
